Jerome Ruffin, age 58, passed away Thursday, April 17, 2014, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born June 10, 1955 in York, Alabama. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at First Antioch Baptist Church, 1511 Gilpin Avenue, Cincinnati (45206) with visitation from 10:00 am until 11:00 am.
