Celebrating the Life of Jerome Ricks Sunrise: September 16, 1956 Sunset: April 2, 2015 Jerome Ricks was born on September 16, 1956 to Charles Payton and Deloris Jones in Cincinnati, Ohio. Jerome attended Cincinnati Public Schools. He worked many years at Cincinnati Drum Service Inc. Jerome was a quiet and funny person. Jerome leaves to cherish his loving memories, Sister, Teresa Allen (Drew), one nephew, Djuan, one niece, Tawana, 2 aunts, Betty Jean Brown and Jewell, cousin Celestine Thomas and a host of other friends and relatives.
