Jerome Lamont Mason was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Catherine Mason and Jerome Jeffries on August 13, 1981. Jerome attended Aiken High School. He loved to make others happy. He always had a smile to share with others. He was always concerned about his family and friends. He loved to sing. Jerome entered eternal rest on May 15, 2010, at the age of 28. He was loved by his family, and he leaves a loving mother, Catherine Pernell, father, Larry Pernell Sr., brothers, Antonio Mason, Larry Pernell Jr., Donte Jeffries, and step-sisters, Angela D. Pernell and Trisha Duskin, grandmothers, Celia Mason and Fannie Jeffries. Seven Aunts, Hattie Lee and husband Raymond Lee, Mattie Parker, Geraldine Mason, Darlene Mason, Fannie Jeffries, Annie Jeffries, and LaDonna Jeffries. Eight uncles, David Mason, Robert Mason and wife, Linda Mason, Bozie Mason, Matthew Mason and wife, Yvette Mason, Nathaniel Mason and wife Angela Mason, Allen Mason and wife, Tina Mason, Jermaine Jeffries, Anthony Jeffries and a host of other relatives and friends.
