It is with sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Jerome Martin Lewis Jr., age 79, of Warren, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Thursday, May 12, 2022, in Warren,  Ohio.   He was born on August 4, 1942, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on  Monday, May 23, 2022, at the Greater Liberty Baptist Church, 6209 Desmond Street, Madisonville  (45227).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
