IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Jerome Booker
Arrington
January 6, 1953 – June 15, 2017
Jerome B. Arrington (Jerry) began his earthly journey on January 6, 1953, to the late Mabel Cosetta Arrington (nee Slaughter) and Booker T. Arrington. Jerry was the second of three sons born to Mabel and Booker T. While growing up in Cincinnati, Ohio, Jerry graduated Courter Technical Senior High School. Jerry worked hard all his adult life. He worked for the Procter and Gamble Company until he retired. Jerry was kind of a homebody who loved to cook and barbeque. When not at work, Jerry was able to spend time doing the things he loved most, among which was gathering together with friends and family. Jerry had a serious 'green thumb' and could make just about any plant grow when no one else could! Jerry was known for his sense of humor and loved laughing and smiling all the time. He was fond of "picking" with people but it was always good fun. Jerry enjoyed 'oldies but goodies' music, playing pool, hunting (and eating what he killed). He enjoyed playing with remote controlled car and other gadgets. Most of all, he was a family man who was extremely loyal to his loved ones. Jerry is proceeded in death by his parents, Mabel and Booker T., nephews, Christopher Allen Arrington, Jr. and Ron Keith Raeshon Arrington all from Cincinnati, Ohio. Jerry is survived by two brothers, Christopher Allen Arrington, Sr. (Sondra) and Richard Arnold Arrington (Donna); four first cousins, Glenda Connally (Cook), Alice Whitfield (Tet), Gentry Williams (Bit) and Marcia Canada, and a host of cousins, nephews and friends.
