Jeannette Collinsworth, age 83, passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born July 16, 1933, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Jeannette Collinsworth wife of the late Guy Collinsworth. Loving mother of Patricia, her late daughter, Barbara Collinsworth and David (Lisa) Collinsworth; cherished Grandmother of Scott Sprague (Desiree, Nathan, Nevaeh Sprague and Lexi Greffette, Melissa Sprague, Justin Sprague, Kaitlyn, Jacob and Baylee Collinsworth, Patrick (Jen) Allie, Addison, Abbie Armontrout and their late son, Evan. Meghan Radcliff, Ian, Max, Gracie. Jeannette will be missed. She is survived by her best friend Kathy Abbott (Sis) and her family where she lived and her hospice staff who took care of her.
