Jeanette Boggan was born on June 22, 1944 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Joe L. and Evelyn Boggan. She was raised in downtown Cincinnati, and should be considered an expert on all things in downtown Cincinnati. She grew up in a large family and was called on often to cook, clean, and care for her younger siblings. She worked for many years as a Day Care provider. She loved the kids and they loved her. Jeanette was a baptized believer, and she knew the importance of having God in her life, and that life is full of difficulties, realizing with God, all things are possible. Jeanette was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and devoted friend. She was in her own way self-made. Jeanette was a great cook, she loved hosting a great barbecue and gathering with family and friends. She enjoyed dancing, singing and listening to great music and was a fan of Etta James and Whitney Houston. She could do it all, she could even do your hair with beautiful Shirley Temple Curls. You could call on her and she would be there to help. She leaves to cherish her memory four children, Michelle Boggan, Michael (Jennifer) Boggan, Tony Boggan, and Steven Boggan, who preceded her in death. Jeanette has nine grandchildren: Amber Joy (Courtney Drake), Trenton Calloway, Josh Boggan, Barbara D. Boggan, Elijah Boggan, Jessica Boggan, Ashlee Cade, Miracle Boggan, and Maya Boggan. Jeanette also had four great-grandchildren: Jada, Jadin, Zain, and Kyren. She was a devoted grandmother and loved her grandchildren very much. She will also be missed by a host of nieces, nephews, and very dear friends.
