Jeanella Harvey was born on October 24, 1959, to Ola Jean and Harold Williams Sr.

Jeanella grew up in Winton Terrace and attended Cincinnati Public Schools, graduating from Hughes High School. Known for her vibrant spirit and love of life, she cherished time spent with friends and family. She gave her life to Christ and was baptized as a child.

In 1993, Jeanella married the love of her life, Vernon Harvey. Together, they devoted themselves to raising their three beautiful granddaughters: Tiesha, Shannon, and Jamaica. Jeanella formed an especially close bond with Shannon, and they shared countless precious moments attending church services, cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals with enthusiastic "Who-Dey" chants, enjoying casino outings where Jeanella held elite member status, and simply treasuring each other's company.

A fun-loving woman with many passions, Jeanella enjoyed bowling, playing cards, and spending time at the motorcycle club with friends. Her warmth, laughter, and zest for life touched everyone who knew her.

Jeanella has joined her parents in heaven, Ola Jean and Harold Williams Sr., her husband, Vernon Harvey, and her sister, Tara Williams.

Jeanella leaves behind: her son Orlando Sattiewhite Sr., daughter, Nina Teasley (Sonny); and her grandchildren Tiesha Williams, Shannon Williams, Jamaica Breckenridge, Yona McClain, Armani Williams, Sr., Tymela Early, Orlando Jr., Jacory Dillard, Ka'wye Sattiewhite, Kai'ree Sattiewhite, Tajari Melinda-Jean Sattiewhite; her great-grandchildren Braylen Miller, Zoey Miller, Legacy Williams, Julian Williams, Jace Williams, Aubrey McClain, Delvin Willis, Jr., Aveon Williams, Armani Jr.; her siblings, Harold Jr., Donna (George), Andrea, Yolanda (Daniel), Phyllis, and Amanda; her best friend since 1984, Billie Evans (Michael); and Goddaughter India Williams.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 9:00 am until 10:00 am, on  Friday, January 23, 2026, at the Abundant Life Faith Fellowship - Hyannis Drive, 2740 Hyannis Drive, Cincinnati  (45251).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation,  beginning at 10:00 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy she leaves behind.

She will be laid to rest with her beloved husband at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428.
