Jazmin Siamone'Heath was born March 22, 1995 to Nicole Heath and Scottie Luther, at Bethesda Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her mother relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in 2006. She graduated from Langston Hughes of 2014 High School, Class 4, continuing education at Westwood College majoring in Art-Graphic Design. On September 6, 2015, a Sunday morning Jazmin with an eccentric personality ,loving and artist soul along with her son Deonte' Kier Hearn began their eternal life with GOD. She was preceded in death by grandmother, Florence Luther and her one uncle, Gary Luther.
