Jay Norman Smith, age 76, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, in Batavia,  Ohio.   He was born  April 28, 1945, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at the New Friendship Baptist Church, 3212 Reading Road, Cincinnati  (45229).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
