Javon Raymond Fleming, age 27, passed away suddenly on Sunday, October 6, 2019.  He was born December 17, 1991 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 12 noon on Friday, October 18, 2019 at the House of Hope (formerly New Prospect Baptist Church Old Location), 1829 Elm Street, Cincinnati  (45202).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12 noon.

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
