In Loving Memory of Jannie R. Sullivan

Jannie R. Sullivan, born in the beautiful state of South Carolina to Annie R. Sullivan and Bravel Sullivan, was raised amidst the vibrant community of Cincinnati, Ohio. A devoted homemaker, Jannie found joy and fulfillment in creating a warm and loving environment for her family. She delighted in the simple pleasures of life, including playing spades and chess, and embracing every moment with a celebratory spirit.

Jannie’s legacy lives on through her cherished family. She is lovingly remembered by her two sisters, Linda Brooks and Katherine Caldwell; her four devoted children, Tonya Edmondson, Dewond Sullivan, Lisa Sullivan, and Samuel Edmondson; and her many beloved grandchildren: Samantha Pearson, Diamond Edmondson, Gabriella Edmondson, Dewond Sullivan Jr., Raquel Sullivan, Dewond Sullivan Sr., Dominique Sullivan, Grady Sullivan, Avante Orr, Demonte Orr, Taywon Orr, Markell Johnson, Justise McCree, and E’la White.

Her life was a testament to love, dedication, and the joy found in family and fellowship. Jannie R. Sullivan’s memory will forever be treasured, a shining light that continues to inspire all who knew her.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation, beginning at 11:00 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy she leaves behind.
