James William Gaines, age 62, of Cincinnati, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2020, in Blue Ash,  Ohio.  He was born December 2, 1957, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Saturday, February 29, 2020, at the Walker Funeral Home - McMILLAN STREET CHAPEL , 1025 E. McMillan Street, Cincinnati  (45206).   The memorial service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm.
