IN LOVING MEMORY OF

James Warren was born on June 18, 1944 to the late George and Charity (Clayborn) Warren in Cincinnati, Ohio. James responded to the will of his Master on Tuesday, February 18, 2020.
At an early age, under the leadership of Rev. James Stephens of Greater New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, James accepted Christ as his personal Savior and was baptized. His love in the Lord never wavered and his ministry continued as a DJ for WAIF 88.3, a local gospel radio station until his death.
After completing his formal education at Cincinnati Public Schools, James started his career with the Railroads, which resulted in a long career in the construction field.
In 1972, James was united in holy matrimony to Denise Jackson and from this union and three children were born to this union: James Warren, Jr., Rashawn Warren (Clevon Thomas) and Stephanie Warren.
James was very well known throughout Cincinnati for his DeeJaying skills, his great sense of fashion-every outfit was coordinated from his hat to his shoes and his love for BINGO.
James was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters, Dorothy, Bettie and Nettie.
He leaves to cherish fond memories his son- James, Jr., two daughters, Rashawn and Stephanie of Florida. His sister-Bernice Dixon, nephew-Herman Dixon and nieces-Doris, Rita, Cindy, Diane, Lori, Kim, Charvell and Erica.
