James Tyrone Johnson, age 57, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, in Cincinnati, Ohio.  He was born March 15, 1964, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Thursday, December 16, 2021, at the House of Hope, 1829 Elm Street , Cincinnati  (45202).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
