James Asbury Middlebrooks, 78, was born to James Middlebrooks S.R and Martina Smith on April 17th 1939. He departed this life on August 22nd, 2017 at 750 a.m. James who was affectionately known as Wildchild was a loving and caring father and friend to many. James attended New Richmond High School and Graduated in 1957. James leaves in loving memory,Parents Martina Smith and James Middlebrooks S.R (both deceased) His 4 daughters Shanda Stafford (Shay), Gloria Rainey, Felicia Mccrary, and Betty Jean Carpenter (deceased) 1 Step daughter Rosemary Thomas and Stepson Goodness Chandler 12 grandchildren 7 Great Grand Children,an 1 great great granddaughter 2 Sisters Petrenella Middlebrooks-Phillips, and Blanche Middlebrooks 5neices and 7 nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Those who truly knew Wildchild knew he loved fishing and Entertaining with Friends he was a good hearted person who would do just about anything for anybody and didnt hesitate to speak his mind he was loved by many an will be truly missed. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, August 26, 2017, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills, 1025 E McMillan Street, Cincinnati (45206).
