James Henry McKinstry Jr., age 69, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Friday, April 9, 2021, in Cincinnati, Ohio.   He was born October 13, 1951, in Winnsboro, South Carolina.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Friday, April 23, 2021, at the Walker- McMILLAN STREET CHAPEL, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter  the service and social distancing must be practiced.  Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
