James Lee White, born March 31, 1955 to the union of mother Catherine White and father Bishop Curtis Lee White Sr. In Cincinnati, Ohio. James departed this Earth November 4, 2025 and advanced to heaven with his parents, sister Delores Roe, brothers Curtis Lee White Jr., Timothy White, nieces, nephews and other family members.

He attended Robert A Taft high school where he graduated, then pursued the Army in 1974, where he served with honors.

James leaves behind his daughter's Wylene Smith, Ecila White and his son James Lee White Jr. His sisters Janice White, Christine White, Gloria White Howe, Betty White and, Regina (White) Payne. Brothers Robert White, Wayne White Sr. and Tbay (Tony) White, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family members.

James was a loving person, warm hearted, with a charming personality. He leaves great memories of his fantastic dance and jokes with a warm sense of humor. He truly loves his children and talks about them dearly. He claimed his absence with heartfelt but, his love never disappeared.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation,  beginning at 11:00 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy he leaves behind.

He will be laid to reast at Vine Street Hill Cemetery.
