He travelled to many places including a trip to Jerusalem in 2000. He was also actively involved with his parish, Corpus Christi. Jim is survived by his beloved companion of 24 years, Rita Clark; his children, James Hengehold Jr., Karen (Harold) Long, and Lisa (Paul) Perry; his grandchildren, Jonathan Long, Elizabeth (Chad) Mowery and Joshua Hengehold; his great-grandchildren, Victoria Long, Celia and Alexander Mowery and Maryjayne Hengehold; sister-in-law Millie Mergenthal, along with many nieces and nephews. He leaves many loving memories to be cherished by friends and family alike. Jim is preceded in death by his wife, June; sister Laverne Jansen (nee Hengehold); and his in-laws. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the Cincinnati SPCA 3949 Colerain Ave, Cincinnati, OH.
