James  Albert Crutchfield, age 78, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born  on January 28, 1944, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:30 am until 11:30 am, on  Monday, February 28, 2022, at the First Baptist Church of West College Hill, 6210 Betts Avenue, Cincinnati  (45224).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:30 am.

Interment will follow at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
