James Otis Cook, age 60, of Cincinnati, passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2020, in Cincinnati, Ohio.  He was born  May 26, 1959, in Sardis, Alabama.

Gathering of family and friends is from 2:00 pm until 2:30 pm on Friday, February 21, 2020 at the Walker Funeral Home, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati, (45206).   The memorial service will immediately follow the gathering beginning at 2:30 pm.
