James E. Carter, age 74, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Friday, July 9, 2021, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born November 28, 1946, in Batavia, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Thursday, July 15, 2021, at the Walker Funeral Home - Mt. Healthy, 7272 Hamilton Avenue , Mt. Healthy  (45231).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park, 11825 Pippin Road, Cincinnati, 45231.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, 1125 Bank Street, Cincinnati, 45214.
