Called to Heaven too soon. James Ambrose Brummett was born on December 18, 1984 from Corinth, Kentucky.  He passed away on December 11, 2024 at the age of 39 in Cincinnati Ohio with his loved ones at his bedside. James left behind four children; Waylon James Brummett, Jacob Michael Cheeks, Samiel Jean Brummett, and Charlotte Lee Brummett; his siblings, Sherry Anne Schulker, Carolyn Renee (Dana) Dixon, Rosemary Anne (William) Campbell;  nieces, Crystal Renee (Bubba) Breeden, and Lei-Anne Marie Brummett-Campbell. He was preceded in death by his father, Oliver Soloman Brummett, and his mother, Donna Anne Brummett.

James was a proud father to his children and followed his passion for motor vehicles in his career of being a CDL truck driver and owner operator. James was a kind person and was always eager to lend a helping hand for anyone in need. A true kid at heart, James enjoyed the time spent with his children fishing and loved to 4x4 in the dirt, any chance he could get. James worked hard and enjoyed the fruits of his labors.

A celebration of life and (his favorite) chili dinner will be held on Sunday, December 22, 2024 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the American Legion Post 137, 1106 N. Main Street, Williamstown, KY 41097.
