James Elbert Bishop , age 70, passed away on Tuesday, January 22, 2019, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born  September 7, 1948, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Saturday, February 9, 2019, at the Walker Funeral Home - Gilbert Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, 45220.
