James Douglas Birchfield, age 74, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, November 6, 2021, in Dayton, Ohio.   He was born June 19, 1947, in Huntington, West Virginia.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Thursday, November 18, 2021, at the Forever Praise Ministries, 14 Sunnybrook Drive, Cincinnati  (45237).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.  THE SERVICE WILL BE STREAMED. Interment will follow at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428.
