James E. Bailey, age 74, passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2018.  He was born  October 28, 1943.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Friday, October 26, 2018, at the Walker- Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati  (45206).   The memorial service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm.
