James  Appling Jr., age 83, of West Chester, Ohio,  passed away on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, in Montgomery,  Ohio.   He was born  December 14, 1938, in Bremen, Georgia.

Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12 noon, on  Friday, February 18, 2022, at the New Prospect Baptist Church, 1580 Summit Road, Cincinnati  (45237).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12 noon.

Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
