Jacqui Sebastian (Jones) was born September 1, 1945, in Fleming, Kentucky.  She spent part of her childhood in Fleming, Kentucky, before the Three Musketeers (Jacq, Elbert, and Maie) were relocated to Oberlin, Ohio.  She graduated from Oberlin High School in 1962.

Jacqui accepted Christ at an early age. She travelled with her young children as a military spouse residing in Virginia, Texas, South Carolina, and settling down in Cincinnati, Ohio. She served her family and friends as a provider, protector, an educator in every aspect. She LOVED her family, children, and Pepsi.

Jacqui departed this life on June 23, 2025, at Good Samaritan Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio.   She gained her Angel wings after conquering 5 Cancers that began in 1979 through 2024, including a Bone Marrow Transplant in 2018. She won the fight with Cancer, yet her kidneys decided to fail.

Preceding her in death were mother-Nellie Mae Jones; father- Willie Jones, Sr..; brothers- Willie Jones, Jr., Albert Jones, Richard Jones, John Jones, and Elbert Jones; sisters- Irene Cook and Pauline Moss; as well as two half-brothers- Maurice and Morris Jones of Oberlin, Ohio.

Jacqui leaves to forever cherish in her memories: four daughters: Stephanie McKinney, Felicia (Danny) McCalley, Jackie (Joseph) Fletcher, and Charlene (Randy) Calhoun, all of Cincinnati, Ohio. The LOVES of her Life, her grandkids - ShaRonda, Derek, Darius, Randy Jr., Robin, Will(Bear), D'on, Timothy, Joseph Jr., and Mariah, and 20 great-grandkids. Surviving sisters- Gloria (Fish), Pearl, and Betty, all residing in Dayton, Ohio, and the last of the Three Musketeers- Maie, residing in Cincinnati, Ohio. A host of heartfelt children, nieces, nephews, cousins, and of course her granddogs.

Gathering of family and friends is from 2:00 pm until 2:30 pm, on  Friday, July 11, 2025, at the Walker Funeral Home - Mt. Healthy, 7272 Hamilton Avenue , Mt. Healthy  (45231).   The memorial service will immediately follow the gathering beginning at 2:30 pm.
