Jacqueline Ruffin born October 2, 1959 in Cincinnati, Ohio and passed away September 16, 2012. Jacqueline 'Jackie' Ruffin attended Cincinnati Public School. She graduated from Akien High School. She worked Alpha Plasma where she was a lab technician. Survived by son, Deion Ruffin; two sisters, Penny Morton, Beverly Clark of Landover, Maryland Tyrone Graham Nathaniel Graham James Bell Ronnie Johnson Will and Damon Pastor Robert Byrd, Jr. officiating with Bishop Mark Monroe.
