Jacqueline Dale Jones-Lyles, age 47, passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 in Blue Ash, Ohio. She was born October 7, 1968, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, August 27, 2016, at the New Jerusalem Baptist Church, 26 W North Bend Road, Cincinnati (45216). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
