Jacqueline  Farley, age 57, of Cincinnati, passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 in Cincinnati, Ohio.   She was born  January 24, 1963 in Selma, Alabama.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm on Friday, November 20, 2020 at the Walker Funeral Home - Mt. Healthy Chapel, 7272 Hamilton Avenue, Mt Healthy, Ohio (45231).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter  the service and social distancing must be practiced.  Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
