Jacqueline Biggers, age 79, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2015, in Blue Ash, Ohio. She was born April 17, 1936 in Birmingham, Alabama. Visitation is from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm, on Thursday, July 9, 2015, at the Walker- Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati (45206).
