Jack Allen Woodson, age 53, of Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away August 30, 2018 at Southern Ohio Medical Center.  She was born February 14, 1965, in Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio to Jack Woodson and Cathalee Kitty White Woodson.
