Jack Kelly Blankenship, age 54, passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2016, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born March 31, 1962, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to the late Jack and Betty J. Grimes Blankenship. He is survived by his devoted wife, Tammy (Day) Blankenship, and children, Casey (Joshua) Stone, Amy Eckstein, and Tara Eckstein. A private memorial service was held for the family on Saturday, May 14, 2016. Donations to be made to the Hamilton County SPCA in lieu of flowers.
