Isaiah Thomas Campbell , age 31, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  passed away on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born  May 7, 1990, in Birmingham, Alabama.

Visitation is from 9:00 am until 10:30 am, on  Saturday, February 5, 2022, at the Crossroads Community Church, 3500 Madison Road, Cincinnati  (45209).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 10:30 am.

Interment will follow at Arlington memorial Gardens.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, The Campbell Family is requiring that everyone in attendance please wear a mask when entering Crossroads Community Church.
