Isabell Patricia Allen, age 65, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  passed away on Monday, April 26, 2021, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.  She was born February 16, 1956, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Saturday, May 15, 2021, at the Bethel Baptist Church, 2712 Alms Place, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
