Inez West, age 79, of Cincinnati, passed away on Monday, November 16, 2020, in Cincinnati, Ohio.  She was born May 17, 1941, in Brownsville, Tennessee.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Monday, November 23, 2020, at the Phillips Memorial C.M.E., 839 W. North Bend Road, Cincinnati  (45224).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.

In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter the service and social distancing must be practiced.  Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
