Homer Phillips, age 76, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2017 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born October 8, 1940, in Lagrange, Georgia. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 10:30 am, on Thursday, August 24, 2017, at the Walker- Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 10:30 am. Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
