Homer Muhammad, age 75, passed away on Friday, February 24, 2017 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born November 20, 1941, in Cincinnati, Ohio. The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
