Herschel  C. Cooper Jr. April 23, 1956 - October 19, 2023

It is with sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Herschel C. Cooper Jr., age 67, of  Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at Majestic Care of  Middletown,  Ohio surrounded by his family.   He was born on April 23, 1956, in Charleston, West Virginia.

He is preceded in death by: his parents,  Herschel C. Cooper Sr. and Gladys Clark Cooper of West Virginia; two brothers, Danny and Gary Cooper also of West Virginia; his first wife, Nancy Sue Blankenship Cooper, and his second wife  Phyllis Cooper.

He is survived by: his two daughters, Marsha (Wayne) Cooper of Charleston WV and Melissa Cooper of Cincinnati Ohio; one son, Herschel C. Cooper III ( Clarence ) of Middletown Ohio; two brothers,  Russell Cooper of Charleston WV and Timmy Clark of Wadsworth Ohio; three sisters, Carolyn  and Marilyn Cooper and Christine Cooper of Charleston WV; four grandchildren, Brice Cooper, Seth Hager, Alexavier Cooper and Maliah Gipson, five great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

The family will observe private services.
