It is with profound sadness that we announce the heavenly transition of Henry Lee McCullough Sr., age 76, of Cincinnati, Ohio, who entered eternal rest on Friday, March 13, 2026, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born on Monday, February 27, 1950, in Covington , Kentucky.
