Henrietta Carolyn Black, age 62, passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 in Cincinnati,  Ohio.

Henrietta was one of the triplets born to Vivian Black and Henry Black on August 13, 1956 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Henrietta attended Millville Elementary and Mt. Auburn Elementary and later attended Hughes High School.

Henrietta was the middle child of the triplets.  She  had fifteen siblings, including Hazel B. Smith and Hilda B. Black, the other triplets, (preceded her in death), Darlene Abrahams, Henry Black, Jr., Herbert L. Black, Robert B. Black. John E. Black, Todd F. Black, Tracey C. Black, Tasha  A. Maxwell, Juan Maxwell (preceded her in death), Ricardo A. Maxwell, Vivian L. Maxwell, Kelley L. Maxwell and Melvin L. Smith and a host of aunts and uncles; step-sister Emma Huffman and step-brother Jody Maxwell. Henrietta had five children, Montez Cornelius, Tawana Taylor, DeMont Cornelius, Shaunda and Dionne Black; grandchildren, Maria Waite, Thomas Black, Johnisha Smith, Nishja Cornelius, Lynell Cornelius, and Julian Cornelius.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Friday, March 22, 2019, at the Walker Funeral Home - WALNUT HILLS CHAPEL, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, 45232.
