Helen Lee Chaffer, age 87, passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2014, at her residence. She was born March 23, 1927 in Greensboro, North Carolina. Funeral Services will be conducted at 12:00 pm on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at James Temple Church of God In Christ, 1116 Lincoln Avenue, Cincinnati (45206) with visitation from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm.
