She is survived by her sister Vera Mason (Ernest), of Cincinnati, Ohio; one daughter, April Walker, of Cincinnati, Ohio; two sons, Givens O'Neal and Otis Taylor III, both of Cincinnati, Ohio; 5 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
