It is with profound sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Hazel M. Lewis, age 78, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in Cincinnati, Ohio.   She was born on Monday, May 6, 1946, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:30 am, on  Saturday, November 23, 2024, at the Philippian  Baptist Church, 1806 Brewster Avenue, Cincinnati  (45207).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:30 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy she leaves behind.
