It is with profound sadness that we announce the heavenly transition of Hazel  Adkins, age 95, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Monday, July 28, 2025, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   She was born on Wednesday, June 18, 1930, in Seneca, South Carolina.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Monday, August 4, 2025, at the Golden Leaf Baptist Church, 5910 Argus Road, Cincinnati  (45224).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation, beginning at 11:00 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy she leaves behind.

Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232.
