Hattie Billings, age 89, passed away Sunday, December 18, 2016, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born September 12, 1927, in Cordele, Georgia. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Friday, December 30, 2016 at the Walker Funeral Home-Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street, Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow Walnut Hills Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio.
