Hamlet 'Cliff' Lockhart, age 80, passed away Monday, April 11, 2016, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born June 17, 1935, in Washington, Georgia. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Thursday, April 21, 2016, at the Walker- Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio.
