Georgia  Rayford February 23, 1939 - July 15, 2022

Georgia Mae (Feagin) Rayford was born on February 23, 1939, in Marion Junction, Alabama, nurtured in Harlan, Kentucky by her father George and Mother Mary Ella, before ultimately moving to Cincinnati, Ohio. A protective and elder sister to her only living sibling Willie Feagin. She was the mother of six children: Michael Feagin, Amos E Rayford, Jr., Debra D. Rayford, Jeffrey L. Rayford, Linda F. Rayford, and Steven L. Rayford. She was rewarded with 16 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

She transitioned to glory on July 15, 2022, at home surrounded by the love of her family, after a long battle with dementia. Being a disciple of God, it was time to go home. Georgia was preceded by her mother Mary Ella (1963), father George (1976), and first grandson, Geoffrey L. Rayford (1998).

Gathering is from 2:00 pm until 2:30 pm on Friday, August 5, 2022 at the Walker Event Center, 3939 Paddock Road (corner of Paddock & Reading Rds.)  Cincinnati, Ohio, 45229.  The memorial service will immediately follow the gathering beginning at 2:30 pm.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
