Georgia B. Horton September 1, 1941 - September 20, 2023

Georgia B. Horton was born September 1, 1941 in Danville, KY to Christine and Beatrice (Bee) Harris both of whom preceded her in death.  She left this earthly life to be with her Lord and Savior on September 20, 2023.

Georgia moved to Cincinnati, OH in 1956.  She attended Lockland Wayne High School, later transferring to Lincoln Heights High School where she graduated in 1959.  Georgia worked as a housekeeper for many years.  She was also employed at Cincinnati Mirror Company.

Growing up, it was just Georgia and her brother, Horace.  He always made sure she was taken care of.    She had one son, Christopher Ryles Sr.

Georgia was lovingly known as Sunshine or Suga Puddin by her uncles.  Her favorite pastimes were playing bingo and shopping. She was a loving, caring and giving person with a bit of feistiness who didn't cut you any slack when warranted.

Georgia B. leaves behind to cherish her precious memory: her only son, Chrisopher (Cornette) Ryles Sr.; her brother, Horace (Gladys) Harris; her grandchildren, Christopher C. Ryles Jr., Alexis S. Ryles and bonus granddaughter Chalet Alexander; her niece, Elizabeth Harris; her nephew, Kenneth (Sonia) Harris; other relatives; special friends, Bonnie Wagner, Helen Jones, Bertha Gow; friends from Maple Knoll Senior Living and the Carthage Senior Apartments and all those who loved her and will miss her dearly.
